©Dan Rees, Welsh Oak With The Swedish Blues, 2008, The artist plants a Welsh Oak tree and returns once a year to change the batteries in the Cd player lying in a box next to the tree allowing a fresh set of Blues melodies to accompany the oak for a short while and then go silent until the artists next visit.

Die Arbeiten des britischen Künstlers Dan Rees sehen ganz einfach aus, aber die Texte dazu sind kompliziert und schön, weil sich die Kunstwerke meistens, vielleicht auch immer, auf andere, meist konzeptionelle Kunstwerke beziehen. Man könnte also auch gut ein Ratespiel daraus machen mit Leuten, die sich besonders gut mit Konzept-Kunst auskennen.
